Search mutations, genes and pathways involved in tumorigenesis across 4,623 cancer genomes/exomes from 13 cancer sites.


Analyze somatic mutations in a cohort of tumors to identify drivers and compare the results with accumulated knowledge in IntOGen.

Analyze the somatic mutations detected in the tumor of an individual patient and rank them according to their likely implication in the cancer phenotype.



Mutations and driver genes portal of data from the TCGA Pan-Cancer project. Search for mutations observed in 3205 tumors from 12 cancer types, their predicted functional impact and the evidences of genes with signals of positive selection pointing to cancer driver genes.



Search genes and pathways affected by expression and copy number changes in tumors across projects and cancer types.
